What is the difference between selecting “shop” or “categories” on the main menu bar?
When clicking on Shop all products available in the online store are display only.

Branding and setup fees are excluded in the pricing shown. The final price is dependant on the branding option you select when placing your order.

Do the prices on the website include or exclude VAT?
The prices on the website exclude VAT, setup fees and branding options available to you.
Do you offer Eco -Friendly products?
Yes we do, these products are identified by a green corner containing a white leaf icon, which can be seen on the top left hand side of the product image.

How do you calculate your branding prices?
Branding prices depend on how many colours are in your logo or design, the branding method chosen and in how many positions your logo or design will be branded on you’re the products you have selected.
What is a setup fee?
It is important to note that a setup fee is NOT an artwork design fee.
The setup fee covers the cost of gathering, collecting, and organising the printing materials, such as the mixing of colours, the preparation of the screens, pads, etching plates, as well as mixing. It also covers the cost of the calibration of the machines required to complete the branding on your selected products.

If I re-order the same item, will I pay the set-up fee again?
Yes, if you place a repeat order (same artwork and same item) you will be charged a new set-up fee as we will need to do all the preparation work for your new order over again. Every order requires new pads or screens to be made as these are not kept and need to be redesigned
Do I get to see the logo / design on the products selected before production?
Yes, a mock-up of the artwork on the products selected will be emailed to you for final approval. Our graphic designers will treat your design with the attention it deserves in order to have it look its best on your chosen products – at no extra cost.
I don’t have an existing design for placement on the products selected?
Leave it to us, we are here to assist you our, experienced graphic design team will design something for you to look and approve. All we need is a brief from you on what you are looking for. Best of all this service is at no extra cost.
How should I supply my artwork?
We prefer using Vector files as we can manipulate and separate into individual elements for branding. This artwork is also the highest quality and is in the original design format. Vector artwork is created using vector illustration software programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Vector artwork is editable, and the artwork can be changed according to your specifications.

Are you able to redraw my artwork?
If you send us non-vector artwork for a process that requires vector artwork, our graphic designers will have to re-create the artwork in vector. In order for the designers to do this they need to import the non-vector into illustrator and trace the artwork.
Not all images can be redrawn, if there is any shading or gradients in the artwork it is impossible to achieve.
We are also unable to redraw photographs.

Are you able to work with Jpeg files?
Yes, we are, however they must be of high quality and a minimum of 300dpi.
How accurate are the colours and logo’s I see on my computer screen?
Colour settings on laptops, PC monitors and printers differ greatly. Colours may vary depending on the monitor or printer being used. The colours you see on the screen are not necessarily the actual Pantone colours of the product or logo. We always use the CMYK or Pantone System to match the colours in your design or logo to ensure you get the real deal.
Can the product I choose affect the appearance of my logo?
Yes, the texture, product material and background colour of a product can affect the resulting appearance or colour of a logo.
When ordering in large quantities it is best to ask for a branded sample before going ahead with the main order.

How does the branding option drop down selection work?
If you select none, as your branding option, there will be no branding on the products you have selected.
If you selected a Branding Option and do not upload a logo file, it will be Isuzu only branded in the positions you have selected.

What are your general lead times in South Africa?
Our average lead time for branded orders is between 3 – 5 working days, after we have received artwork approval from you.
Please note: Lead times vary depending on the branding type selected, quantity and production method used. We will advise you on the exact lead times when placing your order.

Do you have a minimum order spend?
A minimum order spend of R1000 ex. VAT applies to branded orders and a minimum order spend of R750 ex. VAT applies to unbranded orders (unbranded online orders – items purchased directly on the website – have no minimum order spend).
I want to place a Branded order, via the online store, how do I do that?
1. Browse the online store for the products you’d like to buy
You can do so by using our category menus. When you find a product that interests you, click on the product to see the product page with a description and details of the product.
2. Add to Wishlist or Add to cart
Found the products you like? On the product page, choose the colour, sizing or any other attributes for the product. In the “Branding Required” dropdown menu, select your option. Thereafter, you can enter the quantity of the product you’ll be needing in the quantity block (the more you buy, the more you Save!).
Add either add to Wishlist, if you are still deciding or “Add To Cart”. Once the product has been added to your cart, you can continue browsing and adding other products to your shopping cart. You can see the contents of your cart by hovering over/tapping on the “My Cart” text and shopping cart icon at the top right corner of any age in the online store.
3. Proceed to order form
If you’re ready to proceed with your purchase, hover or tap on your cart and click on the “checkout / order” button.
Review the products and totals in your shopping cart / order form, click on the “Proceed” button.
Now you will be able to choose whether you’d like the products delivered straight to your door, or if you’d like to collect the products at our Johannesburg offices.
Enter your invoice details, any special notes regarding the order or delivery, choose your Delivery method if you’ve decided to have the products delivered and click on the green “Continue” button.
You will then be able to select between 5 payment methods. Tick the Terms & Conditions box and click on the “Place Order” button after reviewing your order.
You will be redirected to the relevant payment gateway to pay for and complete your purchase or you can click to order and receive an invoice should you choose a branding option.
Thereafter, we’ll keep you up to date with the process of your order until you have it in your arms!

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, however, cancellation fees may apply. The fees will vary depending on the stage your order is at.

Payments
What are your payment terms?
We always require payment upfront with a 50% deposit and full payment prior to delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
Orders less than R2000.00 (two thousand Rand) ex. VAT require full payment upfront.
When orders are placed by IMSAF – we require your cost centre and relevant GL details to process an order.

For the Dealers, balance requests are sent out after your artwork has been approved for payment before we deliver
Which forms of payment do you accept?
When paying via the online store payment gateway, we accept all methods facilitate by PayFast.

What are your banking details?
We only provide banking details once you have approved your quote. This eliminates payments being made into our account without the correct reference numbers.
Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes. We provide delivery for branded orders over the value of R 2000.00 as a service, we deliver to main CBD’s nationally. Items are either delivered by our drivers or we outsource to various courier companies across South Africa and internationally.
All order in Gauteng are delivered free of charge.
Delivery outside of South Africa is outsourced to various courier companies at an additional cost (country dependent) alternatively we are happy to use existing contracts that may be in place throughout the Isuzu Dealership.

Why do I need to sign a Delivery Note?
In signing the delivery note, when your order is delivered is your acknowledgement of accepting your order and that the products/ branding / quantity of items received are what was ordered and you are happy with the delivery.
